Information We Collect
When you use Kind Keeps, we may collect information you provide directly to us, including: • Your name • Email address • Shipping and billing information provided during checkout • Order information • Names, dates, messages, and other personalization details you enter • Photos you upload for use in a keepsake • Messages you send through our Contact or feedback forms We may also collect limited technical information needed to operate, secure, and improve the website, such as browser and device information, session identifiers, cookie or similar technology information, and records related to errors, security, abuse prevention, fraud prevention, or application performance.
Photos and Personalized Content
Photos and personalization information you upload are used to create, preview, produce, fulfill, and support your Kind Keeps product. Customer photos are stored privately and are not intentionally made publicly available through Kind Keeps. We do not sell customer photos or use customer photos for advertising without permission. Draft projects and their associated photos may remain stored for a period of time so customers can return to unfinished designs. Kind Keeps may establish reasonable retention periods for abandoned drafts and related files as the service develops. Files and information associated with completed orders may be retained as reasonably necessary to fulfill orders, provide customer support, resolve disputes, maintain business records, and preserve the production record associated with the purchased product.
Payments
Payment processing is handled through Shopify and its payment providers. Kind Keeps does not directly store complete credit card numbers or payment credentials. Shopify and other payment providers process payment information according to their own applicable terms and privacy policies.
How We Use Information

Shopify and Network Intelligence
Kind Keeps uses Shopify to support ecommerce, checkout, payment processing, order management, customer communications, fraud prevention, analytics, and related services.
When Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled, Shopify may process certain customer, transaction, device, and interaction information together with information from other Shopify merchants to provide enhanced services. These services may include fraud prevention, analytics, product and experience personalization, improved store performance, and advertising-related services.
No other Shopify merchant is given direct access to Kind Keeps customer data.
Information may be shared with Shopify and other service providers, including providers that may process information in other countries, when reasonably necessary to provide these services.

Service Providers
Kind Keeps uses third-party service providers for services such as ecommerce, payment processing, website hosting, database services, file storage, communications, shipping, analytics, security, and other technical infrastructure. These providers may process information as reasonably necessary to provide their services to Kind Keeps and its customers.
Information Sharing
Kind Keeps does not sell customer personal information in the ordinary commercial sense. Kind Keeps uses administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect customer information and uploaded content. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures to restrict unauthorized access to customer projects, photos, orders, and production files.
Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including order fulfillment, customer support, fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and business recordkeeping. Draft projects and associated files may be deleted after a reasonable period of inactivity. Completed-order records and production files may be retained for longer periods where reasonably necessary to support the transaction, production history, customer service, legal obligations, or dispute resolution.
Children
Kind Keeps is not intended to knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age required by applicable law to provide consent. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Kind Keeps without appropriate authorization, please contact us so we can review the matter.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
Kind Keeps may update this Privacy Policy as the business, website, service providers, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on KindKeeps.com with a revised “Last updated” date.
