A Kind Keep is a personalized memorial keepsake created from a meaningful photograph, remembrance design, and the details you choose. It is made as a 5 × 7 magnetic acrylic display.

Choose a design, add a photograph, enter the details you would like included, and review the finished layout before adding it to your bag.
Pick the photograph that feels right first. A clear, well-lit image with the subject reasonably large in the frame will always reproduce best.
Yes. Kind Keeps Studio shows a live preview as you choose a design and add your details.
Yes. You can crop, scale and reposition your photograph within the design before you order.
Yes. Enter the name, dates and message supported by your chosen design. Some designs also offer a small set of approved font, size, color and layout choices.
Most orders are expected to be prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days after the order is placed. Carrier transit time is separate.
Kind Keeps currently ships within the United States. Available methods, prices and estimated delivery options are shown during checkout. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.
Yes. You can adjust the quantity in your bag when you want multiple copies of the same personalized keepsake. You can also create separate keepsakes with different photographs or details.
Yes. Senior living communities, funeral homes, churches, workplaces and other communities can create and order a Kind Keep through the same simple process as any customer.
No. There is no organization account, contract, demo or approval process required to place a standard order.
Organizations can order immediately at standard pricing. If you expect to order regularly, contact Kind Keeps to ask about organization pricing and options.
Review names, dates, messages, spelling, photograph choice and placement before checkout. If you notice a mistake after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to help before production begins, but personalized products are generally final sale once production has started.
Contact Kind Keeps within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged keepsake and, when reasonably available, its packaging so we can review the issue.
Uploaded photographs are stored privately and used to create, preview, produce, fulfill and support your keepsake. Kind Keeps does not sell customer photographs or use them for advertising without permission.
